CAISON CP Series Latex Tinting Aqueous Pigment Dispersion
Shanghai Caison CP series latex tinting water based pigment dispersion is professional for coloring latex materials, can be used for tinting natural latex products, such as toy latex balloons, latex gloves, latex bandages and so on. This series pigment dispersion products are produced by organic pigments, based on sophisticated grinding technology and quality control, to ensure stable product quality and performance. The CP series water based pigment dispersion includes bright red, yellow, orange, blue, green, violet, brown, black, white and some fluorescent colors. Also we can design special colors according to the customer's demand.
1). High pigment content and excellent color strength, so the colors are more beautiful;
2). No resin within, better compatibility with natural latex and synthetic latex materials;
3). Fine particle size and uniform particle distribution, products to be processed have uniform coloring and good fastness;
4). Stable viscosity, excellent fluidity, easy to disperse into latex system;
5). Storage performance is excellent, anti-coagulation and anti-settling is well, precipitation is not happened;
6). Good processing performance, tasteless and clean, optionally diluted with water;
7). This series pigment dispersion had passed the testing of GB/T3933-1995, has good acid and alkali resistance.
Pigment dispersion using instructions:
1). Please stir pigment dispersion before use; If some deposition appears after long term storage, the products can be used through fully stirring and filtrating;
2). Testing performance index data results in this specification were tested by our company. Customers may have different technology conditions and testing methods with ours while using our products. So we are not responsible for any loss if you use it directly without testing. We suggest that you must have a test with small amounts of our products before using, whether it can meet your application requirements.
